Knights of Columbus
K of C will be selling tickets for Rosary Beads made of Genuine Blue Lapis stones valued at $500. Come by after each Mass on Saturday and Sunday at the back of the church where these beautiful Rosary Beads will be on display. This is our major fundraising program and we appreciate your support.

Take a Chance for CASA’s Kids. CASA of the Tennessee Heartland are selling raffle tickets for $5 each. Drawing noon on May 3rd. Must be 18 to participate. Tickets may be purchased at all ORNL Federal Credit Union branch offices and at all CASA offices. St. Joseph Columbarium
St. Joseph Columbarium–St. Joseph parish in Norris now has a columbarium which is being made available to parishes throughout the Cumberland Mountain Deanery for the inturnment of cremated remains. An informational meeting will be held at St. Joseph on May 18th at 3pm to share information about the Catholic Church’s teachings on cremation and the new columbarium, including respective costs fo various funeral options. Everyone interested in this option is encouraged to attend. Jim Ferguson has brochures about the columbarium.
CCW still has cookbooks for sale. $12 each or 5 for $50. Proceeds go toward our building fund.

Haiti Run For Health: a 4-mile competitive race and 2.5 mile walk being held May 10, 2008, to raise needed funds for local medical teams top purchase and dispense medications to the people of the St. Louis du Nord region of Haiti. More information on flyer on bulletin board.
On Saturday, May 10th at 11am, a Procession of Healing will be held in Downtown Knoxville. The cooperative effort of different churches in East Tennessee, the Procession of cars is meant to be a public expression of grief for the loss of 4100 lives due to abortion in Knox County last year as well as to sympathize with and pray for the healing of each and every mother who has experienced this trauma. Cars will assemble at 9:30am at the Knoxville Coliseum Garage B. The procession will follow the Knoxville Downtown Parade Route.
